• Sunday, June 9th, 2013 (Fairfield, California)  – AMPA Northern California Mixer – Join our families for dinner and get to know other local families in your area! Located halfway between San Francisco and Sacramento, families from both locations can attend! Location: Sukhothai Cuisine, 7:00 PM.
• Sunday, June 16th, 2013 (Tucson, Arizona) - AMPA Arizona Baseball Night. Join AMPA and the Tucson Padres to watch a game for free! All active and retired military members get 2 FREE box seat tickets with their military ID. It’s also Bark in the Park night, which means you can bring your dog as well! Have a beer and a hotdog, bring the kids, and enjoy mingling with the our local AMPA families!
• Tuesday, June 18th (San Diego, California) - AMPA presentation at the HRC San Diego June Social.  Join us as AMPA Director of Educational Affairs, Dr. Lori Hensic, talks about LGBT military families and the work of AMPA at 7:00 PM at Bamboo Lounge.
• Wednesday, June 19th (Online) – Defense Centers of Excellence  (DCoE) Virtual Mental Health Fair. We’re joining DCoE from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for a Virtual Mental Health Fair to share mental health resources for warriors, veterans, their families, caregivers and providers.
• Thursday, June 20th (San Diego, California) - AMPA @ Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. Discussing LGBT military families, AMPA is proud to participate in a panel at Raytheon in celebration of LGBT pride month on Thursday, June 20th, from 1130-1230.  For more information, contact AMPA Director of Educational Affairs, Dr. Lori Hensic, at lori@militarypartners.org.

• “LGBT Military Family Support Group” (San Diego, CA) – Every 4th Tuesday of the month from 6:00-7:00 PM @ the San Diego LGBT Center, 3909 Centre Street, San Diego, CA.  Sponsored by the American Military Partner Association, the U.S. Navy’s Fleet and Family Support Program, and the San Diego LGBT Center.  Each month features a guest speaker and topic to help support and educate LGBT military families.  For more information, email us at partners@militarypartners.org.

• December 2012 (Nationwide)- AMPA LGBT Military Family Holiday Celebrations across the country. As part of our mission in connecting our modern military families, AMPA hosted holiday parties in Washington, DC; San Diego, CA; Sacramento, CA; Albuquerque, NM; Fayetteville, NC; Oahu, HI; Jacksonville, FL; Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; Pensacola, FL; and Norfolk, VA.
